Nope. As long as we can safely access your yard, we’ll take care of everything while you’re away and let you know once the visit is done. For your very first cleanup it can help to be home so we can learn your yard, but it’s not required.

Yes, with no cancellation fees. We just ask for a little notice, and if you’ve prepaid for visits we haven’t completed yet, we’ll refund the remaining balance
